Biography:
For the past 33 years, Morton Kosto has dedicated his life to the legal profession. Practicing in both Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation, Morton has been with the firm since 2001. As a graduate from American International College (Springfield, Massachusetts) in 1954 with a degree in Business Administration, Morton attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated in 1959 and subsequently became a member of both the Florida Bar and Federal Bar for both the Southern and Middle Districts for the U.S. District Court. Morton has served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the Middle District and is married with three children, two of which are also attorneys.
